To whom it may concern: James asked me in the beginning when he sold my house to write a letter about how he did. The process was long and complicated and we had problems though out the contract process. I have to say that James worked very hard and went the extra effort to make the sale work. He even helped me by showing up for me in court during an eviction of a tenant while I was in bed with the flu. We had (James) some disagreements in the beginning on the price (I was misinformed by another agent) and felt I should ask for more (money) however James was highly recommended by a good friend of mine who buys and sells houses frequently so I trust (trusted) his (James') judgment and let him use this marketing plan he talked about. Not only did he get me about $10,000 more than I was told (by the other agent) he also helped me get the best terms when it came to negotiating.
